How to heal the kidneys Naturally?

by | Oct 11, 2024 | Kidney Disease

Do you want to heal your kidneys?

I am a Natural Kidney Healing Expert.  My patients gets reduction in creatinine (0.5 to 2.0) and urea (10 to 30) levels every week. Patients stay in my center for 2 to 4 weeks, depending on their condition, and  feel healthy and active in few days. My Center,  Xulon Zoe Lifestyle Retreat Center is Located in Mathur village near Aiyampettai, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. My lifestyle center is nestled by the Kodamurti riverbank, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.

Some patients have come to us in very advanced stages of their condition and were unable to benefit from our treatment. Therefore, we strictly avoid accepting such cases at our center.

Early- end-stage Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients can live a healthy long normal life by stopping the progression and reversing it to 30% to 50% of the kidney function if the patient passes more than 1200 ml of urine output and creatinine level less than of 6.0, through diet and natural medicine. The more good is urine output, the more kidney function can be improved. As urine output decreases gradually, the hope of stopping the progression and reversing kidney failure gets difficult.

I’d like to share the experience of Mrs. Karpagam’s father. His creatinine level was 7.9, and doctors had recommended dialysis. After learning about our center, she decided to try our approach. Week by week, his creatinine levels began to decrease, and his kidney function improved. In just six weeks, his creatinine dropped to 2.1. He continues to do well by following the prescribed diet and natural medicines. You can watch her testimonials and few others below.

Ms. Karpagam’s Dad: Creatinine 7.9 to 2.1

Ms. Ritika, IgA Nephropathy: Creatinine 3.21 to 2.9

Mr. Rajiv Mathew: Creatinine 3.0 to 1.86

You can find many more videos of patients experience who have got kidney failure treatment with us at the end of this article.

How Kidney Works:

Each of your kidneys contains about one million (10 Lakh) filtering units called nephrons, which are made up of delicate, tiny blood vessels. Each nephron has two key parts: the glomerulus and the tubule. Filtration occurs in two steps: first, the glomerulus filters the blood, and then the tubule reabsorbs essential nutrients while removing waste products.

Modern medicine says there’s no cure for Chronic kidney disease. Slowly it will be progressing. Because, a kidney failure patient slowly losing Nephrons (filtering units). My protocol restores nephrons by healing the damaged nephrons and stops further damage to the nephrons. Hence one can improve the kidney function by 20% to 40% and live a healthy normal life.

Scientists at Duke-NUS and NHCS have become the first in the world to successfully regenerate a diseased kidney. A preclinical study suggests that inhibiting a specific immune-regulating protein can reverse the damage caused by both acute and chronic kidney disease. You can understand it by watching the video below.

Similarly, I have developed a protocol to heal the nephrons naturally. The protocol works by eliminating toxins such as urea and inhibits IL-11 secretion, and promotes the healing of nephrons using various nutritional medicines. It heals the nephrons faster.

After deep research, I developed a scientifically proven protocol that supports kidney healing through diet, lifestyle changes, nutrition, and natural medicine. I have helped many kidney failure patients on the brink of dialysis regain their health and lead normal, healthy life.

Around 10 percent of the Indian population suffers from chronic kidney disease (CKD). If you or a loved one is affected by chronic kidney disease, searching for healing the kidneys naturally and wish to avoid dialysis, this article will help you to understand many things like:  Causes, how kidneys fails slowly, various conditions, how to prevent and manage those conditions,  how to stop the declining of kidney function, improving kidney function, How to heal the damaged nephrons in the kidney, at what condition one must do dialysis, why does hemoglobin keeps dropping,  protein leak, etc. You’ll also learn why, despite trying many natural remedies, many patients still progress to the dialysis stage, but what you need to do, to avoid the same.

We practice integrated medicine at our center, combining modern medicine with naturopathy to heal the kidneys. In naturopathy, we use detox medicines to absorb toxins in the blood, which are then eliminated through the stool, along with nutritional medicines and natural extracts that are clinically proven to heal scarred nephrons and prevent further scaring. A kidney-friendly, plant-based diet also plays a crucial role in this process.

in the beginning to manage high blood pressure and other conditions, we suggests the patients to continue the modern medicine doctor’s recommendations. As the patient’s condition improves through our diet and natural medicines, modern medicine medications are gradually reduced under the supervision of our consultant doctor.

On the first day, we conduct blood tests through NABL-accredited labs like Thyrocare. After 7 days, we repeat the tests. Patients typically see very good reduction in (10 to 30) urea and (0.5 to 2.0) creatinine levels, along with an increase in hemoglobin.

In the blood test, we also check sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, and phosphorus levels. Based on these values, we provide an individualized treatment plan for every patients at our center. For instance, if phosphorus levels are high, it can lead to calcium loss from the bones and cause severe itching. In such cases, Consultant Modern medicine doctor and Naturopathy Doctor prescribes medicine and diet to lower phosphorus levels. We take a similar approach for other imbalances as well, ensuring personalized care.

We monitor their weight daily. Blood pressure and glucose levels are checked regularly every day, especially for those with high blood pressure or diabetes. For some patients, we measure their 24-hour urine output and adjust their fluid intake accordingly based on the results.

If weight increases despite more urine output than liquid intake, it is due to albumin deficiency. It needs to be corrected by diet and nutritional supplement. However, if weight gain occurs with reduced urine output thank liquid intake, it’s typically caused by fluid retention. In most cases, our protocol helps boost urine output with reduction in albumin loss in the urine and reduction in swelling.

I have also encountered setbacks with some patients. A few arrived in the very late stages of kidney failure with minimal urine output, while others did not maintain the prescribed diet and treatment protocol over time. One difficult problem I faced was, how to make the patients to follow the diet and the protocol at home easily, after leaving my center.

We have improved the treatment by our research on various proven clinical research papers published in reversing kidney failure and patient’s practical difficulties in following the protocol and diet, after leaving our center. Patients no longer experience cravings for unhealthy food, and the protocol is now much easier to follow at home. Creatinine and Urea, gets reduced faster than before. The new natural medicine protocol for reversing kidney failure can lower creatinine levels by 0.5 to 2.0 every seven days from their previous levels, until reaching a point where further reductions are no longer achievable. It depends on percentage of patients kidneys shrunken.

The protocol not only reduces creatinine and urea levels but also prevents them from rising further.

The earlier the intervention, the greater the reduction in creatinine levels and the more kidney function can be improved. You can understand about this by reading more in this article.

Why does modern science claim that reversing or curing kidney failure is impossible?

In Adults, it is indeed true that once a nephron is lost, it cannot be replaced, as research indicates that the kidney is unable to produce new nephrons—their full complement is established before birth. Studies show that “a person can compensate for the loss of nephrons until about 90% are lost, “meaning individuals can still lead a normal healthy life even if up to 90% of their nephrons are damaged.

Through my protocol, a individual can heal 20% to 40% of their damaged nephrons, enabling them to live a much more healthy life and prevent further loss of nephrons. I believe one can reverse or heal the damaged nephrons.

What Causes Chronic Kidney Disease?

Chronic diabetes and high blood pressure being the leading causes for Kidney Failure. It is the result of long-term damage to the nephrons, caused by conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune diseases, gout, urinary tract infections, high protein and high fat diet, and prolonged use of inappropriate painkillers or antibiotics.

In acute kidney disease, damaged nephrons can heal within a short period. However, in chronic kidney disease, where the tissue is continuously injured, the body triggers a process called fibrosis by releasing a cytokine known as Interleukin 11 (IL-11) from white blood cells. This ongoing damage gradually leads to the loss of nephrons and, over time, causes the kidneys to shrink.

“Regardless of the cause (Diabetes / High Blood Pressure / Auto-immune Diseases / Gout / etc.), chronic kidney disease is characterized by glomerulosclerosis and tubulointerstitial fibrosis”

Why You Need to Treat the root cause

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a secondary condition, meaning the underlying cause must be addressed alongside treating the kidney disease. Otherwise, it’s like bailing water from a sinking boat without plugging the leak—the root cause must be fixed while managing the symptoms.

Identifying the root cause of chronic kidney disease is essential for right treatment.  It includes natural medicines like nutritional supplements, herbal extracts, and dietary adjustments that helps in treating the primary disease and bringing down modern medicine for primary medicine gradually.

If someone has had high blood pressure  or diabetes for a long time but their creatinine levels were normal during that period, one can conclude that high blood pressure or diabetes is likely the primary cause. However, if a person is diagnosed with both chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure at the same time, only a biopsy can determine whether the kidney disease is caused by high blood pressure or an autoimmune disorder, or any other factor. If the kidneys have shrunk too much, a biopsy may not be possible. If your doctor suggest biopsy, you must undergo and find out the root cause.

As patients improve through proven natural medicine and a therapeutic diet that helps in reversing the primary disease and heals the kidneys, modern medications will be gradually reduced under the doctor’s supervision.

How Diabetes causes Kidney Failure:

Many people don’t know how Diabetes harms our body. Excess glucose irritates and damages the inner lining of blood vessels, known as the endothelium, leading to both macrovascular and microvascular arteriosclerosis (build-up of cholesterol deposit) throughout the blood vessels in the body. As a result, diabetes can harm every organ, and the kidneys—rich in blood vessels—are particularly affected. Diabetes damages both large and small blood vessels in the kidneys, including millions of nephrons, which over time can result in kidney failure.

How High blood pressure leads to Kidney failure

High blood pressure damages the delicate nephrons in the kidneys. Over time, this chronic damage triggers fibrosis (a scarring process), which gradually leads to the loss of nephrons. The cause is diet high in: refined carbohydrate, animal protein and fat, and  lifestyle factors.

Many children and young adults are developing kidney failure as a result of high blood pressure. Most are unaware they have high blood pressure,  until most of kidney damage has already occurred. The cause is diet high in: refined carbohydrate, animal protein and fat, and lifestyle.

Many people underestimate the seriousness of diabetes and high blood pressure, not realizing how dangerous they can be. Both are silent killers. We have successfully reversed both conditions in many patients through diet, natural medicines and lifestyle changes.

How autoimmune conditions Causes Kidney Failure

An autoimmune disease is a condition in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy cells, tissues, and organs. It can occur in different parts of the body or only in a specific organ. This can cause inflammation in different parts of the body or only in a specific organ of the body, depending on the type of disease.

In autoimmune diseases such as lupus, IgA nephropathy, and membranous nephropathy, immune complexes are constantly produced and become lodged in the glomerulus, causing damage to the nephrons.

We are using special proteolytic enzyme therapies to dissolve the immune complexes that prevent  further damages of the nephrons. Also we provide proven scientific therapies that helps in autoimmune remission and prevents production of immune complexes that can damage the nephrons.

Why most Kidney Failure Patients Blood Pressure is very High?

When nephrons are damaged, they release more renin-angiotensin-aldosterone hormones, which can lead to dangerously very high blood pressure. It can be controlled by proper modern medicine. With our therapy, nephrons begin to heal, leading to a reduction in high blood pressure within a few weeks. As a result, blood pressure medications are gradually reduced under the guidance of a doctor at our center.

Diet

The best diet for kidney failure patients is to avoid animal protein, very low in fat and limit plant-based protein intake. Additionally, the diet should be low in sodium, potassium, and phosphorus.

In one Research, “Role of nutrition in the prevention of the progression of renal disease. Annu Rev Nutr. 1997;17:435-55”, the important point mentioned is  ‘In many cases, this is a diet that will keep them from ever having to be on Dialysis’.

Protein leak

If a person notices high foam in their urine often, this is indicative of protein leakage and signals the onset of kidney failure. However, our therapy can reverse this condition, contrary to what modern medicine often suggests not possible in most cases. It’s good to consult a doctor and take proper diagnosis.

In most cases, we have observed that protein leakage either stops or decreases significantly within a few weeks of our treatment. This is a positive indication that the nephrons are beginning to heal.

The protein primarily lost in urine is albumin, which helps prevent water from accumulating in tissues. When albumin levels drop, patients may start experiencing swellings in the legs, thighs, abdominal cavity, and face. As kidney failure progresses, patients often develop severe breathing difficulties, especially when walking, and may even struggle to lie down and sleep comfortably, because of fluid accumulation in lungs. These issues can be managed with diuretic medications prescribed by a doctor or natural diuretics such as strong corn silk tea, Punarnava tea,  java tea, etc. for a period of time, by  increasing urine output.

I have observed swelling in some patients with creatinine levels below 3, while others with creatinine levels as high as 8 or more have not shown similar symptoms. This variation largely depends on daily albumin loss in the urine and albumin level in the body.

Why Does Hemoglobin Keeps Dropping?

The Nephrons plays a crucial role in secretion erythropoietin, a hormone that signals the bone marrow to produce red blood cells (RBCs). As Nephrons function declines, the secretion of erythropoietin decreases, leading to fewer new RBCs being made. Since the average lifespan of a red blood cell is around 120 days, a steady decline in RBC production results in a gradual drop in hemoglobin levels. In this issue follow what doctor recommends.

In response to this, modern medicine often recommends erythropoietin injections, typically administered once or twice a week, every two weeks, or monthly, depending on the patient’s condition. These injections can be costly, ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 rupees each. It’s generally advised to start the injections weekly once, when hemoglobin falls below 9.  Doctors recommends many dialysis patients receiving them weekly once or twice depending on their condition.

However, in my experience, some patients have seen their hemoglobin increase from 9 to 10 and even to 11 within weeks by following my protocol, without the need for erythropoietin injections.

The Danger of a Salt-Free Diet

Some believe that cutting out salt entirely can helps to cure kidney failure, but this is a misconception. Table salt provides sodium and chloride, both essential electrolytes for proper body function. A completely salt-free diet can lead to low sodium levels (hyponatremia) within one to two weeks, which can cause several symptoms, including:

  • Confusion
  • Irritability
  • Restlessness
  • Convulsions
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Loss of appetite
  • Muscle weakness, spasms, or cramps
  • Nausea, vomiting
  • Dizziness when standing up
  • Coma

Therefore, a salt-free diet is dangerous and should be avoided. Instead, focus on reducing salt intake to manage high blood pressure, but do not eliminate it entirely.

GFR

The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) shows how well the kidneys are filtering. Based on the GFR value calculated during the Renal Function blood test, a CKD patient’s stage is determined.

Through our Natural Medicine and Diet, One can reverse from stage 5 to stage 4 in 2 to 3 months. If on Stage 4, can reverse to Stage 3.  If on stage 3, can reverse to stage 2 in two to 3 months. If on stage 2 or stage 1, can reverse completely in 3 months.

When Is Dialysis Necessary?

Dialysis becomes essential when a person’s blood becomes too toxic due to the accumulation of uremic toxins, such as urea that often leads to unable to eat and vomiting of sour, yellowish bile. Some patient may experience severe breathing difficulties due to too much fluid gets into the lungs. If any one of these conditions occur, dialysis is the only viable solution to restore normal health. These conditions can happen to any one at any time, if urea above 120 or if they have swelling for long time. Many are coming to me to save from dialysis at this condition. Its too late. Take the right steps as soon as possible to ensure a healthier, longer life.

I believe that while there is no incurable chronic disease, there are incurable conditions. One can live a healthy normal life, before it is too late.
